These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrendProp DXB website and market-intelligence platform (the "Service") provided by TrendProp DXB ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
TrendProp DXB provides aggregated real-estate market-intelligence, demand scoring, and campaign-planning tools for business users. Outputs are analytical estimates for planning purposes and are provided "as is".
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it.
The Service incorporates aggregated, anonymized data from third-party providers and advertising/ insights APIs. Such data is used in aggregate only; we do not store individual member profiles. You may not use the Service to attempt to re-identify individuals from aggregated outputs.
The Service, its software, and its content (excluding your data) are owned by TrendProp DXB and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes.
The Service and its outputs are provided for informational and planning purposes only and do not constitute investment, financial, legal, or professional advice. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendProp DXB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms; the updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
