Important — aggregated data only. Our analytics are built on aggregated, anonymized, market-level signals (search-demand indices, currency and macro indicators, audience-size estimates, and similar). We do not collect, purchase, store, or process individual social-media member profiles or personal data of third-party platform members. Where we use third-party advertising/insights APIs (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Google), we use only the aggregated estimates those APIs return.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you provide

• Account data — name, work email, company, and role when you register or are invited.
• Communications — messages, support requests, and feedback you send us.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, filters selected, and timestamps.
• Device & log data — IP address, browser type, and approximate location, for security and analytics.
• Cookies — see Section 8.

2.3 Aggregated third-party signals (not personal data)

To power the Service we ingest aggregated, anonymized data from third-party providers, including: keyword/search-demand volumes, web-search interest by region, currency and macro-economic indicators, travel-demand indices, news-sentiment scores, and audience-size / demographic estimates from advertising platforms (e.g. Meta and LinkedIn marketing APIs). These are statistical aggregates and do not identify any individual.

3. How we use information

• To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service and its intelligence outputs.
• To authenticate users and secure accounts.
• To analyze usage and improve features and performance.
• To communicate with you about the Service, updates, and support.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Legal bases (where GDPR applies)

We process personal data on the bases of: contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), consent (e.g. non-essential cookies), and legal obligation.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal data. We share limited personal data only with:

• Service providers / processors (hosting, infrastructure, analytics) under contract, acting on our instructions.
• Legal / safety recipients where required by law or to protect rights and security.
• Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymize it. Aggregated, non-identifying intelligence data may be retained for historical analysis.

7. Security & international transfers

We use technical and organizational safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege) to protect data. Data may be processed in countries other than yours; where required we apply appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

8. Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies for authentication and security, and (where permitted) analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies via your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the EU/UK GDPR and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email connect@trendpropdxb.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

10. Children

The Service is a B2B tool not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "Last updated" date, and material changes will be notified where appropriate.
